About Me

As an experienced piano instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to those preparing for Royal Conservatory exams and live performances. During my career, I have taught at prestigious institutions such as Long & McQuade and Little Chopin Academy, as well as various music studios.

I firmly believe that the piano is the foundation of music and the ideal instrument to start one's musical journey. My teaching approach focuses on making lessons enjoyable while incorporating a variety of specialized techniques to help students progress at their own pace. I take pride in helping students understand music theory as a basis for their learning, which is crucial to their overall success.

As a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers, I am dedicated to constantly improving my teaching skills by attending seminars and communicating with other teachers. I view teaching as a lifelong learning process and will continue to strive for excellence in my profession.
