Mars Tech House ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Easy Invoice mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Easy Invoice is designed as an offline-first application.
No Server Storage: We do not run any servers, and we do not collect, store, or monitor your personal data, business profiles, client details, or financial documents.
Local Storage: All invoice details, client contacts, settings, and business profile data are stored locally and securely on your own device using local database storage.
To provide specific backup features, the App integrates with the following third-party services:
A. Google Drive API & Google Sign-In
If you choose to use the Google Drive Backup feature:
Scope of Access: The App requests access only to its own hidden Application Data folder (drive.appdata scope).
Data Control: The App uploads a copy of your local database backup to your personal Google Drive account. We do not have access to your Google Drive account, your files, or the backup file itself.
Authentication: Your authentication is handled directly by Google Sign-In. We do not collect or store your Google password or account credentials.
B. Biometric Authentication
If you enable App Lock:
The App uses your device's native operating system API (local_auth) to verify your identity.
We do not collect, access, or store your biometric templates (fingerprint or facial signatures). All verification is managed entirely by your device's hardware.
Since we do not collect or store any of your data, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties under any circumstances.
Our App does not collect any personal information, and is safe for use by individuals of any age.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
