Easy Interior (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information when you install or use the Easy Interior mobile application (the “App”). Please note that the App’s title may differ depending on the country and can be changed without prior notice.
This Policy applies to all individuals using the App (“Users”). For the purposes of the GDPR, we act as the data controller unless otherwise stated.
By accessing or using the App (whether downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

sources of that data,
the purposes of data collection,
details on third parties with whom we share information,
and copies of personal information collected about them (subject to identity verification).
User Content: Photos, files, and other materials you upload to the App (e.g., when using AI-powered interior generation). User Content is also subject to our Terms of Use.
Camera & Photo Library Access: If granted, the App may access your device’s Camera or Photo Library to allow uploads or prompt creation. We do not store your photos or files on our servers. Permissions can be managed at any time through your device’s settings.
We may use third-party tools (analytics, crash reporting, advertising) that collect device and usage data automatically, such as:
Device details (type, OS version, manufacturer, screen size, memory usage).
Internet connection details (IP address, network type, carrier, approximate location).
Device identifiers (e.g., Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID).
Cookies, logs, and in-app event tracking.
Note: Third-party services may independently process this data. We do not control their practices, and any questions regarding their use of your personal data should be addressed to those third parties.
On Apple devices, all purchases are processed by Apple (App Store).
On Android devices, all purchases are processed by Google via Google Play Billing.
We do not store or access your payment details. For in-app purchases, refer to the relevant store’s own policies (Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service).
We use collected data to:
Provide and operate the App.
Improve functionality, stability, and user experience.
Deliver personalized content and targeted marketing.
Communicate with users (updates, newsletters, feedback).
Prevent fraud, misuse, and ensure compliance with law.
We may share data only as described in this Policy:
With trusted third-party providers (e.g., analytics or advertising).
To comply with legal obligations or protect safety.
In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or sale of assets.
We never sell your personal data.
Your personal data may be transferred across borders, including to countries that may not have the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
User-uploaded content is automatically removed within 24 hours.
Generated designs are deleted after 30 days.
Other data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.

Request data portability.
Restrict processing.
Object to marketing.

iOS (Apple):
Tracking: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Location: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
Personalized Ads: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.
Android (Google):
Advertising ID Reset: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.
Opt-out of Personalized Ads: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out.
Permissions (Camera, Photos, Location): Settings > Apps > Easy Interior > Permissions.
We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure storage. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In case of a breach, we will notify you as required by law.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware of such data being provided, it will be promptly deleted.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and/or in the App Store and Google Play listings.
