🚗 Rules for Drivers and EasyGo Express

📦 EasyGo Express

EasyGo Express is a system in which restaurants or businesses are responsible for the orders. In this model:

• Restaurants directly request available drivers for delivery.
  
  

• EasyGo serves only as a platform and is not responsible for the execution of deliveries.
  
  

• By using the platform, drivers accept these terms.
  
  

⚠️ Failed Deliveries

If a driver cannot complete the delivery because:

• The customer does not respond, or
  
  

• The customer refuses to pay (in cash-on-delivery orders),
  then:
  
  

1. The driver must immediately report the issue through the system or support.
   
   

2. The restaurant/business will be refunded the order amount.
   
   

3. The restaurant/business must return that amount to the driver, since the driver took on the cost and risk.
   
   

📋 Mandatory Order Assignment

• Orders are automatically assigned to drivers by the system.
  
  

• These orders cannot be rejected by the driver.
  
  

• If a driver refuses or ignores an assigned order, they will be deactivated for the rest of the day due to failure to fulfill their work responsibilities.
  
  

This policy ensures service efficiency and reduces delivery delays.

Drivers must:

• Respect pickup and delivery timeframes.
  
  

• Maintain professional communication with customers and restaurants.
  
  

• Handle orders with care and proper hygiene.

Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the EasyGo platform.
