Easy Exam is an educational application provided by Vertex Software Solution. It helps educators generate examination papers from an available question bank.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Easy Exam collects, how it is used, and the choices available to users.
Easy Exam may collect and process:
Mobile phone number
Name
Email address
Institute name
Country code
Other profile information associated with the account
A mobile phone number and one-time password are used to authenticate users.
Easy Exam generates and stores authentication tokens on the user’s device to maintain the signed-in session. Temporary one-time passwords are processed for login verification.
When a user creates an examination paper, the app processes information such as:
Selected class, subject, and chapters
Examination title
Total marks
Examination duration
This information is used to generate the requested examination paper.
The app retrieves questions, answer options, and related images from the Easy Exam question bank. This content is displayed to authenticated users.
We use collected information to:
Create and authenticate user accounts
Maintain secure login sessions
Provide access to the question bank
Generate examination papers
Operate, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service
Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests
Comply with applicable legal obligations
Easy Exam does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by cloud-hosting, database, and infrastructure providers strictly as necessary to operate and secure the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the rights of others.
Easy Exam does not contain third-party advertising and does not share personal information for targeted advertising.
Production communications between the Easy Exam app and its server use HTTPS encryption.
Authentication information is stored on the user’s device to maintain the session. Account information is stored on secured server infrastructure. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account information is retained while the account remains active or as needed to provide the service.
Temporary authentication information is retained only for the period required to verify a login or maintain a valid session. Information may be retained for longer when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
When an account-deletion request is completed, associated personal information will be deleted unless retention is required by law or for another legitimate reason.
Users may request deletion of their Easy Exam account and associated personal information by emailing:

Use the subject line “Easy Exam Account Deletion Request” and include the mobile number associated with the account. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
After verification, the account and associated personal information will be permanently deleted, except for information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Users may also contact us to request access to or correction of their personal information.
Easy Exam is designed for educators and other adult users. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Users may sign out of Easy Exam to remove the locally stored authenticated session from the app. Users may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their account information.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
