Easy Calendar Privacy Policy

Easy Calendar (“Easy Calendar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a calendar and planning application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app can access, why it is used, and what choices you have.

## Information We Access

### Calendar information

If you grant calendar permission, Easy Calendar can read calendars and events available through Android on your device. If you create or edit events in the app, it can write those changes to the calendar account you select. Calendar data is used to display and manage your schedule and is not sold by Easy Calendar.

### Contacts

If you enable contact birthdays or anniversaries, Easy Calendar can read the relevant contact information available through Android. This information is used to display those dates in your calendar. It is processed for the requested feature and is not sold by Easy Calendar.

### Calendar synchronization

Easy Calendar can connect to calendar services that you choose, including CalDAV services. When you configure synchronization, the information required to communicate with that service is sent to the service you selected. That service’s privacy policy and security practices apply to data handled by it.

### Reminders and notifications

The app may schedule local reminders, notifications, alarms, and vibration on your device. These are used to notify you about your own calendar items and settings. Notification content is generated from the information you enter or make available through your device calendars.

### Wallpapers and themes

Premium users may choose a wallpaper from their device. The selected wallpaper is stored in the app’s private local storage. It is used only to display the calendar background and is not uploaded by Easy Calendar. Themes and appearance settings are stored locally on your device.

### Purchases

Premium subscriptions and purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Easy Calendar receives purchase status needed to unlock or restore features. Google handles payment details, billing information, and purchase processing under Google’s privacy policy. Easy Calendar does not receive your full payment card number.

### Advertising and consent

The free version may display banner and interstitial advertising through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad interaction data according to Google’s policies and your consent choices. Where required, Easy Calendar displays Google’s consent choices before requesting ads. Premium users do not receive Easy Calendar ads.

You can manage available advertising and privacy choices through the app’s privacy options when that control is provided, and through your Android or Google settings.

### Support messages

If you contact premium support, your email application sends your message and any information you include to **tdisystemsllc@gmail.com**. We use that information to respond to your request and provide support.

## How We Use Information

We use information available to Easy Calendar to:

- Display and organize calendars, events, tasks, reminders, holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries.

- Create or update events when you request those actions.

- Provide calendar synchronization that you configure.

- Deliver local notifications and alarms.

- Remember your themes, wallpaper, widget preferences, and app settings.

- Verify purchases and restore Premium access.

- Display advertising in the free version where permitted.

- Respond to support requests.

Easy Calendar does not sell your calendar data, contact data, wallpaper images, or personal schedule to third parties.

## Data Storage and Security

Many app settings, event data, theme choices, and wallpapers are stored locally on your device. Data may also be handled by Android calendar providers, calendar services you connect, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads, or your email provider as described above.

We use reasonable technical measures appropriate for the app to protect locally stored data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and security also depends on your device, Android account, and connected services.

## Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app’s storage, uninstall Easy Calendar, or remove it using an in-app option. Removing a wallpaper deletes the wallpaper from the app’s private storage. Calendar events written to an Android calendar remain in that calendar until you delete them through Easy Calendar, Android, or the calendar service.

Data held by Google, an external calendar provider, an email provider, or another service must be managed through that provider.

## Children’s Privacy

Easy Calendar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a service connected to the app, please contact us.

## Third-Party Services

The app may use these services:

- Google Play Billing for purchases and subscriptions.

- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising in the free version.

- Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent choices where required.

- Android calendar and contacts providers when you grant permission.

- CalDAV or other calendar services that you explicitly configure.

- Your email provider when you contact support.

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

## Your Choices

You can:

- Deny or revoke calendar, contacts, notification, and other Android permissions in Android Settings.

- Choose whether to configure calendar synchronization.

- Remove a saved wallpaper from the wallpaper settings.

- Change themes and appearance settings.

- Manage advertising consent where the app provides privacy options.

- Stop using connected calendar or email services at any time.

Revoking a permission may prevent the related app feature from working, but it does not delete data already stored by an external provider.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use of Easy Calendar after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
