Easy Acres Alpaca Farms - Platinum Package

We can be at your venue whenever you like, simply tell us when you would like the animals to arrive! Our alpacas will be dressed in your choice of flower garland, bride and groom attire or bowties. We will set up our petting pen ready to greet your guests as they arrive. Friends and family will have the unique opportunity to pet and photograph our alpacas. We will provide organza bags of feed for interactions with our animals. We can remain at your venue for your drinks reception, two animals will stay in the petting pen and our handler will lead the others to mingle with your guests. our alpacas also serve drinks! Our alpacas will be on hand for formal wedding photos and guest photos Our Photo booth includes a backdrop, two alpacas, decorations and accessories and photos taken and sent to your guests as a keepsake of an unforgettable night.

Additional Information

Alpacas will be dressed in black bow ties and white flowers (or you can also provide to match your color palette)
One Hour Booking Minimum
A 50% deposit is due upon booking to secure your day
The remaining 50% is due one month prior to your wedding
Deposits are non-refundable
For the safety of our alpacas, we reserve the right to remove the animals from the event should the wedding party or guests act in a manner the presents physical harm or provides excessive stress
Transportation is free for venues within 30 miles of the farm. $50 travel fee for venues more than 30 miles away from farm
Prices are based on alpacas attending one venue only.
Hours booked must be taken as a block booking and cannot be divided.
Please talk to us if your ceremony and reception are at different destinations.

The pricing listed is for “Normal Condition” setups. Additional fees will be charged if the delivery area is not easily accessible and causes additional time to complete the delivery; considered an “inconvenience charge”. Charges are applied on a case-by-case basis. Situations that may result in additional fees include, but are not limited to, no parking reserved for us, the required use of elevators, stairs, transport over rough terrain and/or rock scraping, and setup/pack up locations that are greater than 21 feet of where the delivery vehicle & trailer can legally and safely park.
