One Hour Booking Minimum
A 50% deposit is due upon booking to secure your day
The remaining 50% is due one week prior to your event
Deposits are non-refundable
For the safety of our alpacas, we reserve the right to remove the animals from the event should the wedding party or guests act in a manner the presents physical harm or provides excessive stress
Transportation is free for venues within 30 miles of the farm. $50 travel fee for venues more than 30 miles away from farm
Prices are based on alpacas attending one venue only.
Hours booked must be taken as a block booking and cannot be divided.
Please talk to us if your ceremony and reception are at different destinations.

Requesting that we arrive earlier than 30 minutes for setting up (this is an additional charge, must notify us in advance that you need this),
The pricing listed is for “Normal Condition” setups. Additional fees will be charged if the delivery area is not easily accessible and causes additional time to complete the delivery; considered an “inconvenience charge”. Charges are applied on a case-by-case basis. Situations that may result in additional fees include, but are not limited to, no parking reserved for us, the required use of elevators, stairs, transport over rough terrain and/or rock scraping, and setup/pack up locations that are greater than 21 feet of where the delivery vehicle & trailer can legally and safely park.
