Easy Quotation Maker ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored or processed when you use the Easy Quotation Maker Android application and how Google services used by the App may process information.
Easy Quotation Maker allows you to create and manage quotations, customers, invoices, payments, follow-ups, and related business records.
The following information may be entered and stored in the App, depending on how you use its features:
Customer names and contact details
Company information
Quotation details and item information
Prices, totals, taxes, and discounts
Invoice information
Payment records and payment status
Follow-up information
Other information you choose to enter into your quotations or business records
Your quotation, customer, invoice, payment, and related business records are stored locally on your Android device using the App's local database.
The App does not use an App-owned cloud database to store these business records.
We do not intentionally send the contents of your quotations, customer records, invoice records, or payment records to Firebase Analytics.
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand general app usage and improve the App.
Firebase Analytics may automatically process information such as:
App usage and interaction events
App launches and sessions
Device and operating-system information
App instance identifiers
Approximate location information derived from network/device information
Diagnostic and performance-related information
Other information automatically collected by Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Analytics can automatically collect certain events and user properties even when the App does not create custom business events.
The App does not intentionally log or send the following business information as custom Firebase Analytics data:
Customer names
Customer phone numbers
Quotation contents
Invoice contents
Payment records
Prices
PDF contents
WhatsApp message contents
The App currently does not implement custom Firebase Analytics events for these business records.
Where consent is required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and Google Consent Mode to manage applicable consent choices.
Analytics collection is configured to be prevented before the consent flow is resolved. UMP supports consent signals including analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization.
You can review or change applicable privacy choices through the App's Privacy Choices option.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements.
The App may display:
Banner advertisements
Interstitial advertisements
AdMob may process information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes. Google states that information collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Advertising behavior and personalization may depend on the user's applicable consent choices and Google's advertising systems.
We do not control the information that Google independently processes through its advertising services. Google's applicable privacy terms and policies also apply to those services.
The App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy and consent choices where required.
The consent system may present users with options concerning:
Analytics storage
Advertising storage
Advertising-related user data
Advertising personalization
UMP can communicate applicable consent choices to Google's Consent Mode.
You can reopen the available privacy choices from the App's Privacy Choices settings.
The App uses Google Play Billing to process purchases and subscriptions for Premium features.
Google Play may process information required to complete and manage purchases, including purchase and subscription information.
The App uses Google Play purchase information to determine the user's applicable Premium entitlement.
Google Play Billing uses purchase information such as product information, purchase state, purchase tokens, and transaction-related identifiers as part of its billing system.
Payment card or other payment-method details are handled by Google Play's payment system rather than being stored in the App's local quotation database.
The App can generate quotation and invoice documents as PDF files.
PDF documents are generated on the device.
When you choose to share a PDF using Android's sharing functionality, the document may be provided to the third-party application or service that you select.
For example, if you choose WhatsApp as the sharing destination, the PDF and any information included in that document are transferred according to WhatsApp's services and privacy practices.
The App does not automatically send quotation PDFs to WhatsApp.
The App provides an optional WhatsApp follow-up/sharing feature.
When you explicitly choose to use this feature, the App opens WhatsApp using Android's supported sharing/link mechanism.
The App does not operate a WhatsApp API, does not continuously monitor WhatsApp, and does not automatically send WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
Information that you choose to include in a WhatsApp message is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms.
The App provides an optional local backup and restore feature.
Backup files may contain your locally stored quotation, customer, invoice, payment, and related business records.
The App uses encrypted backup files to help protect backup contents.
You are responsible for protecting and securely storing any backup file you create.
If you share or upload a backup file to another service, that service's privacy practices will apply.
The App does not intentionally operate its own cloud database containing your quotation business records.
The App does not intentionally collect or upload your:
Customer database
Quotation database
Invoice database
Payment history
Quotation PDF contents
Customer contact list
WhatsApp conversations
through its own backend.
Google services used by the App, including Analytics and AdMob, may independently process information described in this Privacy Policy as necessary for their respective services.
We take reasonable measures to protect information stored by the App.
Local business records are stored on your device, and the App provides encrypted local backup functionality.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your Android device and for securely storing any backup files you create.
Business records stored locally by the App remain on your device until you delete them through the App, remove the App's local data, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove the relevant files/data.
Backup files are separate files and may remain available until you delete them.
Information processed by Google Analytics, AdMob, Google Play Billing, and other Google services is subject to the respective service's retention and deletion mechanisms and policies.
For Firebase services, Google provides mechanisms for developers to manage or delete applicable end-user data.
The App uses the following Google services:
Google Analytics for Firebase — app analytics and measurement
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — advertising
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — consent management
Google Play Billing — Premium purchases and subscriptions
The App does not use Facebook/Meta advertising or Facebook/Meta SDKs.
The App does not use Firebase Crashlytics.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
Easy Quotation Maker is a business productivity application and is not specifically directed toward children.
The App does not knowingly request children to provide personal information for the purpose of creating accounts or profiles.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App in a manner that requires action, please contact us through the contact information provided with the App's Google Play listing.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, services, or data practices change.
When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this policy.
