Privacy Policy – Easy QR
This privacy policy applies to the Easy QR app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Muhammad Bilal (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a free service. This service is provided “AS IS” and is intended for use as described in this document.
Information Collection and Use
The Application itself does not require you to create an account or provide your name, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers.
When you download and use the Application, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
The operating system and version used on your device
The pages and screens you interact with in the Application
The date and time you use the Application
The time spent on certain screens
This type of information is generally collected in an aggregated and anonymized form and is used to understand how the Application is used and to improve its performance and stability.
The Application does not collect precise location information about your mobile device (such as GPS-level location).
From time to time, the Service Provider may use the information described above to contact you (for example, if you contact them first) in order to provide important information, required notices, or service-related updates.
For certain features, the Application may request access to your device’s camera and photo library:
Camera access is used only to scan QR codes and barcodes.
Photo library access (read and/or add) is used only to save or display QR codes that you generate.
Any QR codes you scan or generate are processed on your device and are not automatically uploaded to a server by the Service Provider.
Third-Party Access
The Service Provider may use third-party services (for example, analytics or crash reporting tools) that collect information to help improve the Application. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to such external services.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
With trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and agree to follow this privacy policy or equivalent protections.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the app store/platform where you downloaded the Application.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain any User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter, only as necessary to operate and improve the Application or comply with legal obligations.
If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have submitted through the Application, please contact them at muhammadbilal03478@gmail.com. They will respond within a reasonable period of time and will make good-faith efforts to delete such data, unless they are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. They encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children’s use of mobile applications and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application without appropriate permission.
If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application, please contact them at muhammadbilal03478@gmail.com so that they can take appropriate action.
Depending on your country, you may need to be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personal data. In some countries, a parent or guardian may be allowed to do so on your behalf.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
