Easy Karyana ("we", "our", or "us") is a business management application designed for karyana and retail shopkeepers in Pakistan and India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.
By using Easy Karyana, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Shop name and owner name
Email address and phone number
City/location (optional)
Business Data (stored on your device & cloud):
Sales records and transaction history
Product inventory and stock information
Customer names, phone numbers, and udhaar (credit) balances
Profit and revenue reports
Device Information:
Device type and operating system version
Advertising ID (used by Google AdMob only)
App usage data for crash reporting
Easy Karyana requests camera access solely for barcode scanning to quickly add products to your inventory. We do not capture, store, or upload any photos or videos. Camera access is only activated when you explicitly use the barcode scanner feature.
Easy Karyana uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID to show relevant ads. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings

Your business data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We implement the following security measures:
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
Firebase Authentication secures your account access
Each user can only access their own shop data
We do not sell your data to any third party
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
Google AdMob β for advertising purposes (Advertising ID only)
Firebase/Google Cloud β for data storage and authentication
Legal requirements β if required by law or court order
Your customer data (names, phone numbers, balances) is NEVER shared with any third party.
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion:

Easy Karyana is designed for business owners and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
