About Us

The East Suffolk National Trust Association

welcomes new members.

For membership or other enquiries please contact:

membershipesnta@gmail.com

Members pay an annual subscription (£8 per member or £4 for each additional member residing at the same address) to help cover the Associations running costs. In return members receive the Association’s regular newsletters and priority bookings for visits and events.

Our membership runs from 1 January to 31 December, so your subscription is renewable on 1 January annually. If you join ESNTA from July onwards, your subscription is halved and lasts for the remainder of the year.

We arrange a programme of activities with talks, outings, social activities for the enjoyment of members. We promote the National Trust locally and raise funds for projects at National Trust properties in  East Anglia.

Evening meetings are held in "Ropes Hall" at the:

Kesgrave Community and Conference Centre Twelve Acre Approach, Kesgrave, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP5 1JF.

Doors open at 18:40 with a talk at 19:15pm. Refreshments are served during the interval. Details can be found in the Evening Meetings page.

As of the AGM in 2025 there will be a meeting admission charge of £1 for ESNTA members in force from the September 2025 meeting - this will include a free cup of tea or coffee; but a donation of £3 would be appreciated for visitors, who are most welcome, providing there are spaces available.

During the year we arrange visits, usually by coach, to places of interest. These are usually National Trust properties, some near to home, others further afield.  Details are in the Visits and Outings page.
