We are striving to give back to the community and allow those who have a passion for music to grow while spreading a great message on how to be committed, collaborative, cooperative with others and constantly striving for inclusion 

The values of the East Ramapo alumni are built on a foundation of knowledge, skill, empowerment, camaraderie, and our commitment to all communities. The ER Alumni organization is committed to the challenge of engaging communities with our musical proficiency and our desire to inspire change. We are bound by these values that are both relevant to and respectful of the diverse communities we serve.
