When surveyed or questioned, most teachers identify challenging behavior as the number one concern in the classroom. But what is behind the behavior? As we start to learn more about the lives of the families in our program, we learn that many of our children (like most children in the US) have experienced at least one traumatic event in their life by the age of four.
