2025 Eastern Milk Seminar

Holiday Inn Express in Nashville, TN
Lodging and Travel:
We have negotiated the following rates on rooms: $234.00 for single/double rate, 9.5% sales tax, 7% occupancy tax, and $2.50 city tax per night.
Your reservations must be made by September 20, 2025 and guaranteed with a major credit card.
Parking: Parking will be $35 per night at the hotel parking facility. A $20/day fee will be charged to guests who are not staying overnight.
Airport: The closest airport to the hotel is the Nashville Airport (BNA), which is approximately 8.5 miles away. There is no courtesy shuttle provided.
*Note: When booking your room, it will show a $15 destination fee. This fee is being waved for the group and will ultimately not be charged.
Registration:
Fees: There will be a $150 registration fee per person in attendance to cover meeting rooms, breaks, etc. if paid by September 20, 2025. The fee will be $175 after that date. Exhibitor registration fees will be $250 if paid by September 20, 2025. The fee will be $275 after that date.
How to Register: Registration and payment can be accepted online at Eventbrite. If your state is not able to pay with a credit card, please contact Heather Torino for alternate arrangements. Please contact Heather Torino with any registration related questions.
REMINDER TO ALL SROs AND LEOs: During the three-year period for which you are standardized, you must participate in at least one Milk Seminar to be re-certified as an SRO or LEO. Funding may be available for SROs and LEOs through the AFDO Milk & Shellfish Grade "A" Milk Safety Training Grant.
