Trenton Fields
Bio: Coach Fields is entering his 15th year coaching high school football. He’s been fortunate to coach and guide over 40 players that played at the college level (NAIA-D1), including Woodford Lankford, Sam Vaughn, and Beau Allen who were named 1st team all-state. Beau Allen was named the Paul Hornung Player of the Year in the State of Kentucky in 2019 and is in the top 10 of several KHSAA passing categories. Coach Fields helped his teams to victory over tradition rich programs like Boyle Co, Covington Catholic, Fort Thomas Highlands, Lexington Christian Academy, Pulaski, Southwestern, Louisville DeSales, Bardstown, among many others. 10 of his 14 years have been spent at Tates Creek High School and Lexington Catholic High School and he was the Offensive Coordinator at Danville in 2023. Coach Fields married his wife Amy in 2013 and they have an 8 year old son Eli. Coach Fields enjoys spending time with family at Dale Hollow Lake and traveling as much as possible. He’s excited to get to work and lead East Jessamine football program. #GoJags

Family: Married to his wife Allison and has 2 kids daughter Collins (1) and son Mox (4).
Playing Experience: graduated from Mercer Co. in 2014 OL/DL, played at Kentucky State University 4 year starter on the O-Line.
Coaching Experience: This will be my 6th year coaching, 3 years at Mercer Co. OL/DL coach & previous 2 years at LCA as the assistant DC.

Richard Musick
Family: Proud father of one son, Peyton

Coaching Experience: This is Coach Musick's 14th year coaching football. Most recently he was the defensive line and JV Head coach at West Jessamine High School.
Defensive Line Coach
Sylan Mayes
Family: Coach Mayes is one of three boys and originally from Columbus, Ohio.
Playing Experience: Coach Mayes graduated from George Rogers Clark High School and went on to attend and play football at Campbellsville University. Coach Mayes was a two-time Conference Champion, 2016 Community Trust All-Commonwealth Team, and 2016-2017 D2/NAIA All-American.
Coaching Experience: Coached Campbellsville University defensive line for the 2017-2018 season with a Victory Bowl win and individual group accolades such as FOTY, DPOY and 2 All-Conference and 1 All-American players. This is his 9th year coaching, 8 years at defensive line, 1 year as DC, past 2 years at GRC.

Shannon Coofer
Family: Married to his wife Abigail and they have five children, four girls and one boy: Shae (7), Addy (7), Nyomi (7), Nala (5) and son Seegan (1)
Playing Experience: Graduated from Henry Clay High School in 2010 (WR/FS). Played college football for three years at Lindsey Wilson as a slot WR.
Coaching Experience: This is Coach Coofer's 3rd year coaching football. He spent his first two years at Henry Clay as their strength coach and DBs coach.
