Imagine a world where we are all Free to Be. The pressures of unspoken expectations and assumed beauty standards affects the amount of anxiety we feel on a day to day basis, and has serious consequences on young people’s physical and mental health. It also holds us back from achieving our full potential and feeling at ease in the world. Free Being Me (FBM) is a programme that promotes body confidence and boosts self-esteem. It strives to build a world free from appearance-related anxiety.
Come join us as we discover more about beauty standards and how we can challenge and reject them. Let’s build a world where everyone feels free to be themselves!

Did you have fun trading friendship bracelets during WTD 100? LET'S GET CRAFTY!
Bring that same spirit to East Division FEST! Create your own SWAP or friendship bracelet and exchange it with a sister Guide or Brownie from another school. It’s a meaningful way to connect, celebrate sisterhood, and make lasting memories together.
Brownie & Girl Guide SWAPS are small, handmade crafts that girls trade at events, camps, and ceremonies. SWAPS stands for “Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere” and are a fun way for scouts to meet new friends and collect keepsakes from their Guiding journey.
