Donations & Corporate Gift Matching

The East Bay Traditional Jazz Society (EBTJS) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization with EIN# 01-0643814. We welcome and appreciate donations & gift matching from the community! Your donations will help sponsor the youth scholarships towards Teagarden Jazz Camp. Here is how you could help.

Donate through Online Portals for Gift Matching

• • What: Your donations to EBTJS could get doubled if your company offers corporate gift matching! Please find out more details with your HR to see if you have access to this benefit.

  • How: On your donation matching portals, search for East Bay Traditional Jazz Society with EIN # 01-0643814. Please make sure to verify the EIN before making a donation.

Volunteer Hours Matching

• • Some companies offer matchings for volunteer hours. Please help us find out whether your company offers this benefit, and contact us if you need help with volunteer hour verifications. 

  • Please note that sometimes after your volunteer hour is honored by your company, you will only get a dollar credit in your online donation account, in which case you must process the credit towards an organization by a deadline or lost it. 

Nominating a New Organization: 

• • If EBTJS is not listed on your employer's matching list, it doesn't mean it won't qualify. Instead, it could be just that nobody has nominated it yet. You may send a nomination request to your employer and try to get it added. If you help with nominating EBTJS, please feel free to contact jssoulis@att.net to get the required IRS documents.
