Participation

You can participate in the preconference either with a blitz talk/poster OR without presenting anything. Since the preconference aims to have a vibe of a participatory workshop, we would still like your participation in the discussions, brainstorming, and round-tables.

Submission Guidelines

• Submit an abstract to y.koc@rug.nl which summarizes your empirical findings and details your work's scientific contribution.
• You can either select to present a data blitz talk (5 mins) or a poster presentation.
• Abstracts should be no longer than 200 words.
• Please submit in word format - you can use this template if you want.
• Abstracts should indicate the corresponding author with contact information and names and affiliations of all authors.
• NEW EXTENDED Deadline: March 29, 2020, 11:59pm CET.

Registration

Registration is now open! Whether you want to present or not, please complete the registration as soon as possible because the registration will be based on a first come first serve basis as we have limited capacity. The registration fee will be €50 and it will include coffee breaks and lunch. For those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds, we can discuss/waive the registration fee.
