About Us

Laurence founded Ease Consulting in 2018 and brings structured thinking and analytical rigor to each project with an unrelenting focus on driving business value.

Laurence earned his consulting skills at Strategy&. His experience at Strategy& and Ease Consulting includes strategic advisory for C-level executives of multinational organizations across multiple industries and functions, including (but not limited to) corporate strategy, Private Equity value creation, supply chain optimization, and pricing strategy. His experience with multiple clients enables him to grasp each client's day to day realities and accurately respond to their needs.

Laurence earned his analytical skills as a Wall Street quantitative analyst. He brings this rigorous training to each project, including financial analysis, backtesting, and stress testing if required. He has extensive experience in data requirement brainstorming + generation, data cleansing, data analysis, and data presentation - all traits required to analyze large data sets and deliver written recommendations to C-level executives.

Laurence has an MBA from MIT Sloan and is a CFA Charterholder. He is based in Boston and has been using Excel since the age of 12.

Justin joined Ease Consulting in 2021. Justin brings experience from a proprietary trading group engaged in market making and valuation arbitrage across global markets.

Justin has an Bachelors in Industrial Engineering with a specialty in Operations Research from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is based in Chicago.
