1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Qzee Game (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and handles information in connection with the EarthVista: Live Satellite Map mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Please read it carefully before use.
2. Information We Collect
The App collects only the information necessary to deliver its core features:
A. Location Data
EarthVista uses your device’s GPS and network-based location to display your position on the satellite map, power the GPS navigation features, and run the real-time speedometer. Precise location is used only within the App to deliver these features. We do not build location profiles, track your movements over time, or share your location with third parties for purposes beyond what is described here.
B. Camera Data
The camera permission is used only for specific in-app functionality such as QR code scanning. Camera images are processed on-device in real time and are never stored or transmitted to our servers.
C. Live Camera Feed Content
The Live Camera and Famous Places features display publicly available video streams and imagery from third-party sources. We do not operate or control these camera feeds. Viewing these feeds does not involve us collecting any personal data from you — you are accessing publicly available content through the App interface.
D. App Performance Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the App is used in aggregate — for example, which features are most popular and how the App performs across different devices. This data is anonymized and is not linked to your identity.
E. Advertising Identifier & Device Information
We use the Android Advertising ID along with general device information such as device model and operating system version to deliver relevant ads, measure ad performance, and help our advertising partners detect and prevent fraudulent activity. This is not linked to personally identifying information.
3. Log Data
When an error occurs in the App, we may collect data and information called Log Data through third-party diagnostic tools. This may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, App configuration at the time of the error, the time and date of the occurrence, and other related diagnostic statistics. Log Data is used solely for debugging and improving App stability.
4. Cookies
The App itself does not use cookies directly. However, some of our third-party advertising and analytics partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies. You can review each partner’s practices through the privacy policy links provided in Section 5.
5. Third-Party SDKs Used in This App
EarthVista uses the following third-party services to deliver ads, measure performance, and support core functionality. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, linked below:
Note: this list reflects the SDKs currently integrated into EarthVista. If we add other partners in the future, this section will be updated before that change takes effect.
6. Permissions Used by This App
INTERNET
Used to access online content, connect to app services, and support features that require an internet connection.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to check network connectivity and ensure the app functions properly when internet access is available.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
Used to access the user's precise location to display their current position on the Earth map and provide accurate location-based features.
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Used to access the user's approximate location to help determine their current position on the Earth map. The app does not collect or store precise location data.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
Used to send notifications, alerts, reminders, and important updates requested by the user.
7. Service Providers
We may engage third-party companies and individuals to support the delivery of the App and its features. These service providers have access to information only as necessary to perform tasks on our behalf and are not permitted to use or disclose it for any other purpose. Reasons we may engage service providers include:
Delivering and measuring advertising within the App
Analyzing App usage and performance
Providing map tiles and satellite imagery
Diagnosing technical issues and supporting App maintenance
8. Live Camera Feeds
Live camera feeds and landmark imagery displayed in EarthVista are sourced from publicly available third-party streams and mapping providers. We do not operate, control, or guarantee the availability or content of these feeds. The App does not capture or store video or images from these feeds on your device or our servers.
9. Advertising
EarthVista is free to use and is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob and its mediation partners, including Pangle, Mintegral, AppLovin, Liftoff Monetize, and Meta. You can review or adjust your ad personalization settings at any time through Google’s Ad Settings page. Ad partners may use your advertising ID and general device data to serve relevant ads, governed by their own privacy policies linked in Section 5.
10. How We Protect Your Information
Location data is used only within the App to power map and navigation features and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties for tracking.
Camera images are processed on-device and immediately discarded — they are never uploaded or stored.
Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized; it is not linked back to you individually.
We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect information that passes through our systems, though no method of digital storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (GDPR):
Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data where applicable
Ask us to restrict how your data is processed
Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
Object to processing carried out under legitimate interest
If you are located in California (CCPA):
Ask us what categories of personal information we collect and why
Request the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months
Opt out of the sale of personal information — note that we do not sell personal information
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
Exercise any of these rights without facing reduced service or a worse experience
To exercise any of the above rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond within 45 days of verifying your request, with a possible extension of a further 45 days for complex requests, with notice to you.
12. Children’s Privacy
EarthVista is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it promptly, consistent with COPPA and other applicable laws.
13. Data Retention
Location data and camera images are not retained by us — they are used in real time within the App and are not stored on our servers. Log data collected for diagnostic purposes is kept only as long as necessary to resolve the relevant technical issue. Data processed by our analytics and advertising partners is retained according to each partner’s own retention policy, linked in Section 5.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the App evolves or as legal requirements change. Any updates take effect as soon as they are posted on this page. Continuing to use the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed.
