You'll hold each comfortable position for several minutes as we slow the pace to reach a profound state of relaxation. After your body has completely relaxed into this deep rest, you'll be carried into a meditative state by the gentle sounds of therapeutic vibrations and healing instruments.

As a newly certified RYT from The School of Sacred Softness, I'm dedicated to helping find inner peace and deep relaxation through mindful yoga, healing sounds, and meditation practices.
My own journey through chronic stress led me to discover how powerful nervous system healing can be. Now I incorporate these transformative techniques into all my sessions, helping clients release built-up tension, find their center again, and develop lasting tranquility—the same way these practices transformed my own life.
In my classes, I combine slow, mindful movements with sound healing, breathwork, reiki and elements inspired by nature. This creates a safe, supportive environment where you can reconnect with your authentic self. You'll walk away feeling centered, peaceful, and completely rejuvinated.
Off the mat, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 children, snuggling with my cats, and soaking up the outdoors. You can also find me spending time working on my small Etsy business, creating fragrant bath and body products called DaisyGardenGifts.

You'll be immersed in soothing sounds from crystal bowls, chimes, and drums that help release stress, improve sleep, and restore emotional balance.
The "Plus" changes monthly with offering such as gentle yoga, yoga nidra and meditation. You'll emerge feeling refreshed and renewed. Just one hour provides the benefits of several hours of restorative sleep!

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing practice based on the concept of "universal life energy" flowing through the body's seven main energy centers called chakras. It is believed that blocked energy pathways can cause stagnant or stuck energy. Practitioners use hand placement over or on the body to restore energy flow and activate natural balance. Sessions typically last an hour. Enhance your Reiki session with body tuning forks!

It typically involves techniques such as concentrating on the breath, repeating a mantra, or observing thoughts without judgment. Regular meditation can reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote emotional well-being. The practice has roots in ancient spiritual traditions but is now widely used for mental health and personal development.
Yoga Nidra provides deep relaxation while the instructor vocally guides you through multiple stages of consciousness—also known as yogic sleep.
My favorite offering! Much like its name suggests, a sound bath or sound meditation is where participants are deeply immersed in a variety of different sounds, tones, frequencies, and vibrations. The combination of different sounds intricately woven together is often soothing in nature, helping to shift brain waves from an active state to a slower, more relaxed state. The experience invites deep rest and relaxation and an opportunity to explore self-discovery, and inspiration. While instruments vary, a typical sound bath might include a combination of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, or other instruments.
A body tuning fork healing session uses calibrated metal tuning forks to apply specific sound frequencies and vibrations directly to the body's energy points, muscles, and tissues. By striking the fork and placing them on or near areas of tension or chakras, the vibrations penetrate deeply and promote healing. This gentle vibrational therapy is believed to restore the body's natural harmonic frequencies.
