EarthQuest VR App Terms of Service

Welcome to EarthQuest VR, a virtual reality application developed by Bowie/Electrum ("him," "he," or "his"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the EarthQuest VR App (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Your Acceptance of these Terms
By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 12 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor aged 12 or older, you accept these Terms on their behalf and agree to supervise their use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
