His has all sorts of tools and other oddities strapped to his armor. Has a Broadsword at his hip and a Rider's Shield. Iceclaw Moot

A Troll Village located on the Northeastern peaks of the Throal Mountains.

  • Aquil: An indecisive young troll with an impressive set of pipes. Recently in possession of a magical amulet sold to him by the Passion Chorrolis that made him desirable to others. Eventually made up his mind and married into House Korg.
  • Ixta: Resident Troll Elder of the Ice Clan Moot, her wisdom is a considerable resource to the newly formed community.
  • Wonjin: Male Troll Warrior, originally discovered wounded en route to Throal seeking help in combating a resurgence of Blood Bees in the Ice Claw Moot


Obsidiman Birthing Cave

An Obsidiman birthing cave connected to a Liferock near Throal, recently defended by adventurers from Throal.

A farmstead roughly a days travel from Borgan’s Rest, owned and operated by Clem.

Brightriver Farm

A farmstead near Borgan’s Rest which has recently been the target of bandit raids and livestock rustling.

  • Snabruth Brightriver: Dwarf Farmer who has been trying to establish a home for his family since the opening of the Gates, currently residing at Borgan’s Rest until the Bandit activity dies down enough to make his return home safe. His prospects are currently dire, as all of his livestock have been stolen.

Borgan’s Rest

An initially human settlement, this community continues to grow and prosper.

Niall P’Tlomais

A recently established T'Skrang community on the Coil River.

  • P’Tlomais: Matriarchal leader of the Coil River T’Skrang
  • E: T’Skrang Hermit, originally found awake outside the T’Skrang Kaer, master riddlesmith.
  • Y’Zechran: Ambassador for the T’Skrang community on the Coil River, negotiates and manages trade with other nearby populations.
  • Jik’Jorta: Engineer of the X'Egirathla II.
  • Wen’Tekras: Captain of the X'Egirathla II.
  • Iz'Miaka: female T'Skrang Boatman, Navigator on the X'Egirathla II.
  • Ru'Yglath: male T'Skrang Boatman, Navigator on the X'Egirathla II.



Village of Sosonapa

This village is situated on a cluster of islands in the Serpent River. The settlement sprung up organically around the entrance to the Kaer in which the current residents weathered the Scourge.

  • Tyffayne: Recently deceased Human Nethermancer. Appears to be at the heart of the mystery regarding the enslaved Cadavermen.
  • Ivon: Town leader, suspicious of outsiders.
  • Meknin: Leader of the Cadavermen near Sosonapa. Though in pain, he and his companions seem to have retained their sanity. Currently kept from leaving the general vicinity of Sosonapa by magical means.
  • Morkoal: Male Human Questor of Mynbruje, new leader and representative of Sosnopa following the massacre at the hands of the Ect'Shlutu tribe.


Kaer Avon

An Elven Kaer in the Throalic mountains, repurposed from an active gold mine by a population of elves who’d been cut off from the court of Wyrm Wood.

  • Dasyra Mialar: Female Elf, Leader of Kaer Avon
  • Vuldred Bigen: Male Elf, Blacksmith
  • Renna Vapetor: Female Elf, Elementalist
  • Lentera Riktar: Male Elf, merchant from Kaer Avon seeking to expand trade routes.


Twin Kaers, Ogden and Faylkryth

Once a single kaer which became two during the peak of the Scourge. A dispute over governing principles caused the residents to split, naming Kaer Ogden and Kaer Faylkryth as separate communities. Each community mined out a new extension from the original Kaer and sealed themselves away from each other after an "amicable" split of resources.

  • Alsya: Female Human Troubador, seeking to establish relations between her home Kaer of Ogden and Throal. Though she follows the Troubadour Discipline, she does seem skilled in the ways of survival in the wilderness.
  • Rikund: Male Ork Nethermancer, saved from the control of a Crystal Entity, has returned to Kaer Ogden to regroup.



Geographically Unaffiliated

For those characters who wander or are otherwise impossible to pinpoint geographically.

  • The Wolf Father: A Lupine Librarian who displays a supernatural affinity with wolves. Collects obscure tomes and artifacts. Will often send messages and requests by wolf. Keeps a grand Library that may even surpass the Library of Throal.
  • Piabach: A mysterious entity connected to an equally mysterious traveling carnival.
  • Castigan Grah: Male Human Warrior, leader of the exppedition seeking the city of Marrek.
  • Cimabu: Male Human Shaman, de facto contact of the Ect'Shlutu tribe following their cleansing of the village of Sosanopa, residing primarily in the Northern Servos Jungle.
