*Pricing is subject to changes based on project variants. Materials are paid upfront. Labor is paid upon project completion. Large projects may be divided into segments and require periodic payments to be made upon the fulfillment of each designated milestone. The customer may request for the terms of the contract to be amended to expediate material purchasing and project progress, or to achieve fiscal viability if necessary within the customers circumstances.*
