Biography 

Early Life

Raquel Ervin grew up in Paris Island, one of the poorest and most neglected areas of Dakota City. Surrounded by hardship and crime, Raquel often sought escape through stories, poetry, and dreams of becoming a writer. While her friends slipped into delinquency, Raquel longed for something greater: inspiration, a chance to tell stories that mattered.

Meeting Arnus

Her path took a fateful turn when she joined a group of neighborhood troublemakers exploring what they called the “haunted house”—an abandoned mansion on the edge of Paris Island. Unlike the others, Raquel wasn’t there to cause mischief. She wandered off into the basement, curious and searching, only to stumble across something extraordinary: a massive alien capsule hidden beneath dust and machinery.

As she drew closer, the capsule erupted in a violent explosion of energy. Raquel was thrown into the arms of the mansion’s mysterious resident—a man who had lived in isolation for decades. This was Arnus, a being of celestial light who had fallen from the stars thousands of years earlier. Once a figure of perfection and divine energy, Arnus had once been trapped in the fragile form of a human child and raised by a human mother. For centuries, he had walked among humanity, witnessing its triumphs and failures, but withdrawing into solitude after losing his way.

The Explosion

 The explosion that Raquel triggered did more than endanger her life—it reignited Arnus’ own purpose. Through a mental and cosmic epiphany, Raquel glimpsed fragments of the cosmos, visions of truths Arnus himself had long forgotten. She became a vessel of inspiration, as if the universe had chosen her to remind the alien hero of the mission he had abandoned.

From that day forward, Raquel became Rocket, the faithful partner and student of Icon. He trained her in the use of her powers—gravity-manipulating technology derived from his alien heritage—and in return, she gave him something he lacked: a renewed sense of hope and a voice to connect his teachings to humanity. To Icon, she became more than an ally—she was his first apostle, entrusted with the responsibility of carrying his stories and wisdom into the world.

 Even after her stellar journey through the cosmos, when the explosion cast her into visions of Arnus’ true story, Raquel returned to Earth with clarity. Like a rocket, she was propelled forward—not just by power, but by purpose. She had found her calling: to inspire, to teach, and to carry the legacy of Icon into a world that desperately needed it.
