Payment Terms: You will pay to us, before acquiring Goods/property. The payment is refundable within 24hrs after Goods reception on the condition that goods specification and issues display on goods is false.
Communication: Buyers/Clients must communicate respectfully and professionally with us.
Payment Obligation: Buyers/Clients are expected to pay for their purchases in a timely manner. No part payment is acceptable, unless stated. Payment validates order.
Order Placement: Buyers/Clients must place orders through our website's approved order process(Always use the app). This is to avoid scammers. We advice you don't trust service provider on any business outside our App unless you now know them personally, ensure that any services that is not initiated from the app 3 hours to the payment time, EarnDee Limited can't guarantee safeness, so in this case, we are not liable to intervene.
Returns and Refunds: Buyers/Clients should know that there is no refund after 24hrs, so you are advised to check product within the first 24hrs after Goods reception.
Transaction Fees: Client/Buyer must pay any applicable transaction fees(delivery fee) for the goods if sold. This is to confirm interest of buying goods or property.
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
Refund Issue: Buyers/Clients who fail to comply with these rules may face issues and EarnDee Limited won't intervene.
Feedback: Buyers are encouraged to provide feedback on their purchase experience.
