The Research in Anglo-American Literature, Culture and Linguistic Conference for Postgraduate and Early-Career Scholars aims to provide a forum for postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers working on all aspects of Anglo-American Studies. The conference is intended to provide opportunities to share developing research projects and gain feedback in an open and welcoming environment that may enhance the postgraduate research experience. Participants are welcome to outline the basis of their research and present well-developed “works in progress.” We invite proposals for individual papers as well as preconstituted panels of three or four papers, and roundtable discussions.

This conference is organized with the institutional support of the joint Doctorate and Master’s programme in Advanced English Studies (MAES) of Universidad de Salamanca and Universidad de Valladolid: https://masterenglishstudies.eu/en/

Proposal submission guidelines:

Submit a 300-word abstract in English that can later be developed into a 20-minute presentation. Proposals must be sent to earlycareer2022@gmail.com before April 15, 2022. The topic of your abstract (Literature and Culture or Language and Linguistics) must be indicated in the subject of your email.
