About Us

My name is Laura Zyonse and I am the owner and founder of Early Foundations Childcare. I grew up right here in Castle Rock, Colorado! I attended Oklahoma Christian University where I graduated  with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I taught 6th and 8th grade for three years in Oklahoma and Colorado. I completed my Master's of Science in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University in 2019. I love providing high quality childcare services to my neighbors here in Castle Rock. I also love teaching early childhood courses as an adjunct online instructor.

Tim Zyonse (Mr. Tim) works in the childcare most mornings. He is finishing his degree in Elementary Education and hopes to teach PE full-time soon. We have a 1 year old son, Beckham who is the light of our world! 

Michelle Fletcher is an assistant teacher for Early Foundations Childcare. She was born and raised in Colorado and has lived in Colorado nearly her whole life. She is the proud Grammy to five beautiful grandchildren. Her husband works in California so they split time between their two homes. She spent over 20 years of her life raising her four children (Miss Laura included) and now she enjoys spending time with her daughter at her in-home childcare! Miss Michelle will be at the daycare with Miss Laura a few days each week and will substitute for Miss Laura if she is unavailable for any reason. Miss Michelle follows all state requirements for in-home childcare providers.
