Guidelines to the speakers

There are 2 talks in each seminar. Your talk should be constrained to 20+10 min with a 20 min presentation plus 10 min for questions and discussion.

Please keep in mind that there is a broad distribution of scientific background in the audience. Both early career scientists and seniors will be attending the seminars. Therefore, it is important to keep the talk clear and introduce the concepts that are not widely used. A broad introduction also serves this purpose.

Before the talk make sure that all the movies, animations or relevant links are functional.

Talks would be recorded and uploaded on Hel.A.S. YouTube channel.
