About Us

The Earle B Wood MS Parent Teacher Association is a volunteer based organization that works directly with the school to support and benefit our students, staff, and community.

What does the EBWood PTA do?

EBWood PTA hosts family fun events throughout the school year to promote family and community involvement like the Lip Sync Battle, Paint Night, Book Fair, and more!

We have fundraisers throughout the year like the Book Fair in September and Bake sales during schooling events! The money we raise goes into supporting the family events and more.

We help provide financial support to teachers and whole grade allocations to help with our children’s education. Some of this funding is used for classroom supplies or to supplement the cost of field trips.

We thank our hard-working staff with multiple appreciation events throughout the year, including breakfasts, and Staff Appreciation Week!

Lastly, The PTA is a great resource to stay connected with the school and to develop a network of parent support. A school administrator and a staff representative are always present at our meetings to give updates and answer any questions. Our members are families of Wood and most have kids who have already or are going to also pass through our great school! Any questions you have, someone will be able to help support you.

Why join the PTA?

Join the Wood PTA is saying "I value parent involvement in my child's school". The PTA is not a secret club. We are an advocacy group for All Students, All Staff and All Families at Earle B Wood Middle School.
