A BRIEF INTRODUCTION ABOUT FOUNDER OF EARAM
The President of the SOCIETY, B. ESUDASS, born in Thuthipet village, Puducherry belongs to a very poor family. The parents worked as a coolie in an agricultural farm and with those earnings they lead their lives with his son and a daughter.
B. ESUDASS studied in Government primary school in Thuthipet village. In the beginning, he struggled with poverty, went to school for midday meals. He did not even have enough money to buy footwear, so went to school by walking with bare foot. Some kind hearted people helped him for his basic needs by then. During festival times, some people donated dress materials. So he decided to help the people of his nature in the future. He helped the needy friends and good hearted people by blood donation, medicinal help, evening tuitions for rural children, encourage sports activities. The contacts he gained made him to gather together and form a group.
When grown up his urge to help the poor made him to begin a service organization and so EARAM EDUCATION AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY had been incorporated in 27th November, 2009.
