How far in advance can I book a Cleaning Service ?
You are able to book up to a month in advance. We want to make sure that our services remain open for booking, therefore booking in advance is greatly appreciated, but often when it is more than a month, we can not guarantee the date or time will work with our schedule.
Do you provide cleaning supplies, or must I have that ready prior to your arrival ?
We work with all of our cleaning supplies and equipment. A list of what supplies and equipment will be provided prior to booking. We are also open to working with your cleaning supplies if that is what you prefer.
How many cleaners will be in my home ?
Our services range from maintenance to deep cleaning, and to ensure we are not spending an excessive amount of time in your home; we work in teams of two, three. However, all of our team members are trained and background screened prior to being a part of the E and C Cleaning team.
Are you pet friendly ?
We love pets! We do ask that they are moved either outside or in an area that will not interfere with the cleaning process. Often times, they don’t like the sound of vacuuming or
Do you offer contactless payments?
Yes, We can accept: Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo or CC via phone call.
Do you require a deposit or a payment prior to service ?
No, We only take payment once service has been completed.
What do I do if I’m not happy with the service?
We do our best to deliver high quality services, but if you are not happy with your service please contact us immediately! We will assess the situation and find a solution if that is offering a partial refund or our team going back. We believe in satisfaction guaranteed.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us immediately. Life happens and emergencies occur. If a service needs to be postponed or canceled, please let us know as soon as you can! There is a cancellation fee of $75.00 if our team is turned away upon arrival or a recurrence of cancellations.
