These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using EA Resolve's services, including website design, hosting, SEO, and maintenance services. You agree to use these terms when you use our services.

Definitions

"Client": Refers to the person or entity requesting services.

"Company": Refers to EA Resolve, the provider of web design and related services.

"Project": Refers to the services, deliverables, and work as outlined in the proposal or agreement.

"Services": Includes web design, development, SEO, hosting, maintenance, support, and other Services included.

Services Provided

We offer the following services:

Website Design and Development (Basic, Popular, and Enterprise Packages).

Hosting and Domain Registration.

SEO Optimization.

Blog Content Creation.

E-commerce Integration and Payment Systems.

Maintenance and Ongoing Support.

Branding

Copywriting

The scope of each project will be outlined in the agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide all required materials (e.g., images, text, logos) on time.

Ensure all content provided is free of copyright infringement.

Provide feedback, approvals, or revisions within the specified project timelines.

Maintain a secure and active hosting account if hosting is managed externally.

Project Timeline

Project timelines will be outlined in the proposal.

Delays caused by the Client (e.g., missing feedback, content, or approvals) may result in additional fees or timeline adjustments.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party services or unforeseen events.

Payments and Fees

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the website is handed over or made live.

Late payments may incur a 5% fee every 14 days past the due date.

All fees for additional services (e.g., revisions beyond scope, extra content) will be communicated and agreed upon before work starts.

Revisions and Scope Changes

The project includes revisions as outlined in the proposal.

Revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional fees.

Any changes requested after project completion will be treated as a new request and quoted separately.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the Client owns the completed website design and content provided by the Company.

The Company retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

The Client must ensure all third-party materials (e.g., stock photos, fonts, plugins) are properly licensed.

Hosting and Maintenance

If hosting and maintenance are included in the package, the Company will manage updates, backups, and uptime monitoring.

If hosting is managed by the Client, the Company is not responsible for downtime, security breaches, or technical issues.

Maintenance and support services are subject to ongoing fees, as outlined in the package.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project with a written notice.

If the Client terminates the project, all work completed up to that point must be paid in full.

Deposits are non-refundable.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Liability and Warranty

The Company will ensure the website is delivered per the agreed scope and free from errors upon delivery.

The Company is not liable for:

Third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers, plugins).

Damages are caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external hacking.

Websites are tested for functionality and compatibility with the current major browsers. Future updates to browsers or devices may require additional adjustments.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

The Client's sensitive information (e.g., logins, business plans) will not be shared without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of law.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes.
