The Student Assistance Program (SAP) at Easton Area High School functions with a team approach to link school and community resources to students and families. Many issues contribute to the creating barriers to a child's success including but not limited to mental health concerns, drug and alcohol concerns, home and environmental factors. The SAP team serves to identify the areas that are impacting a student's success and explore interventions to target these barriers.
Please fill out this referral form if you have concerns about a student. This referral form will generate the SAP Team to discuss this case and subsequently follow the SAP model and process.
