Evan Stuart Marshall
Evan Stuart Marshall is the founder of Eagle Rock Books, bringing together a lifetime of experience in publishing, writing, and the visual arts.
For more than four decades, Marshall worked as a literary agent, representing authors across a wide range of fiction and nonfiction. During his career, he helped guide countless books from proposal to publication, developing a deep understanding of every stage of the publishing process.
He is also the author of numerous books, including practical guides for artists and creative professionals, children's fiction, and nonfiction. His writing reflects a lifelong commitment to sharing knowledge, encouraging creativity, and telling engaging stories.
In addition to his publishing career, Marshall is an accomplished abstract artist whose paintings have been exhibited throughout New Jersey and are included in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and private collections across the United States and internationally. His mixed-media work is recognized for its layered textures, vibrant color, and spirit of discovery.
Marshall founded Eagle Rock Books to publish books that are carefully written, beautifully designed, and created to provide lasting value for readers. The company reflects his belief that books should inform, inspire, entertain, and endure.
