Middleton’s Eagan Peters-Michaud commits to play volleyball at St. Norbert College
All State outside hitter will join St. Norbert College’s inaugural men’s volleyball team in NCAA Division III
Middleton, WI – February 6, 2019
Eagan Peters-Michaud, a senior from Middleton High School, formally announced his commitment to play NCAA Division III volleyball at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin. He will join the Green Night’s inaugural men’s volleyball team in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
Peters-Michaud leaves the Middleton High School Cardinals as the all-time leader in offense notching 935 kills during his three years as a varsity starter. He also holds the #5 spot for career aces (87) and is #7 in school history with career digs (484).
During Peters-Michaud’s tenure with the Cardinals, they never lost a Big Eight Conference match and made it to the State quarterfinals each year. He was co-captain of the team in 2018. He was named First Team All-Conference and was also recognized on the All-State Team with an Honorable Mention in 2018.
Peters-Michaud also competed in club volleyball and was selected to several USA Volleyball High Performance teams. He played with the USA Volleyball A-1 Select program in 2016 and competed in the High Performance Championships in Fort Lauderdale. In 2017, he was a member of the 16-Phil team with Milwaukee Volleyball Club which took 3rd place in the nation at the Boys Junior National Championships in Columbus, OH. In 2018, he was selected to the Badger Region High Performance team which represented Wisconsin in the Championships in Tulsa, OK.
St. Norbert College’s men’s volleyball program will be led by B.J. Bryant. Coach Bryant has been the women’s volleyball coach at St. Norbert for the past four years, where he’s led the program to the Midwest Conference Tournament Championship match each season.
