Think you know about colors?
It's more than just theory
Colors have been present since the dawn of light. It's always been there, life simply had to evolve to perceive it.
It effects us psychologically, sometimes physiologically.
It impacts our perception based on its use, such as: What colors are appropriate for this space? Do these colors compliment one-another? How can we elicit a specific emotion by setting a color-tone? What symbolic meaning is behind the color of the flower you gift someone? Why is there an abundance of one specific color during festivals? And so much more...
Animals and plants have relied on it for survival: To camouflage, attract, or repel.
We use color to define things we cannot visibly see, such as temperature or space.
Color isn't just art. It's life.
Which is why I made

Colorography is a 112 page informational book on all things color, derived on the studies and work of many intellectual and professional individuals who had found and expanded on color in its various facets: History, Theory, Science, and Symbolism.
I have compiled that work into a singular book initially out of my own desire to have a singular source of information in a organized place, and decided ultimately to create this book for the interest and/or utility of individuals who rely on color as a use in their work and livelihood: Designers, Artists, Architects, Students, Teachers, or the Community as a whole who may simply need the information for hobbies or otherwise as an aid.
It is only a brief collective of information, meaning while every subject of color is covered, it is not entirely in-depth. All that was referenced resides in the Resources section in the end should you need a good starting point for what you're specifically looking for. I had a problem looking for excellent references to use, and now that I'd found them, would like to extend them to you as well.
