Alongside larger website projects, I regularly build and maintain smaller campaign and event websites for TELL. These projects require me to take a design from concept through to implementation, while also handling the technical integrations needed for users to register, donate, fundraise, and find event information. This case study features TELL's Step Up Challenge 2026 website and TELL's Tokyo Tower Climb 2025 website.

The Process
Each TELL event requires a dedicated website with different registration requirements, event information, payment options, FAQ, and fundraising goals. I needed to organize large amounts of information while keeping the user journey straightforward, specifically for event registration and ticket checkout.
The website (www.tellevents.org) also needed to work well on desktop and mobile devices and integrate third-party services such as Stripe, TELL's payment gateway, and Donorbox, TELL's crowdfunding platform.

Information Architecture and Responsive Implementation
I organized long-form FAQ and event information into accessible sections for desktop and mobile users. The photos in this section are from TELL's Tokyo Tower Climb 2026 website.

The Outcome
I tested registration forms, payment flows, embedded content, URLs, and responsive layouts before launch, and made adjustments as issues arose. I created event websites that combined promotional content with practical tools for registration, payment, fundraising, and mental health awareness. All websites use responsive layouts and clear content structures to help users move from event information to registration or donation/fundraising.
Third-party services were integrated directly into the websites, allowing TELL to manage event registration, payments, and fundraising while keeping the user experience within the event website itself. Thanks in part to effective website design, all events featured in this case study sold out.
