All of our animals are feeding once a week and others are going by their weight it depends on each Pet/Animal so each animal has an appropriate sized meal, all are being fed unless otherwise specified under the description of the animal. All hatchlings/babies have had at least 5 or more consecutive meals unless otherwise specified.....
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, SO, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE ANIMAL YOU HAVE CHOSEN IS THE ONE YOU WANT! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF ANY AND ALL OF OUR ANIMALS, OUR ANIMALS SAFETY ARE KEY TO THEM LIVING HAPPY LIVES, NOT ONLY HERE BUT WHERE EVER THEY ARE SHIPPED TO THEIR POTENTIAL FOREVER HOME.

Animals in Pictures Are The Exact Animal(s) Being SOLD, Not A Representation, Unless Stated Otherwise.

All animals have been captive born and/or raised by us, UNLESS otherwise specified.

All Of Our Animals Are Healthy & Sexed Correctly, Unless Stated Other Wise.

We ship Tues-Wed Overnight Priority to your LOCAL HUB; weather and temperature permitted. We Do Not Like To Do Home Shipping For Safety Reasons But If Other Wise, You must be there AS SOON AS POSSIBLE To Collect Your Package(s) Is(Are) Delivered/Arrival or ALL Live Arrival Guarantees are VOID!

Weekend shipping is NOT available.
BUT If You Are LOCAL  We Can Arrange For A Meet/Pick-Up/ Possible Delivery Depending On Circumstances.

If there are any issues With Your Package CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY Upon The receipt of the animal. Please DO NOT contact the carrier. In the uncommon event of a DOA photo proof/Video Proof is required to be sent to our email before we can reconcile/remedy the situation.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price, UNLESS otherwise stated.

Multiple animals will need a bigger box and SHIPPING COST for that will be based off WEIGHT and ZIP CODE.

We Accept All Major Credit Cards Through Various Different Payment Sources Such As
PayPal, CashApp, Wire Transfer, Zelle, Cash In Person & We Are Working On OTHER Methods To Be Able To Cater To A You The Customer. Feel Free To Reach Out For More Info.
We do not accept personal checks. BUT Can Accept Money Orders From USPS (United Stated Postal Service)

                        PLEASE Make Sure That All USPS Money Orders Are Written Out To Exotic_A1Pets

                 If You Choose To Pay Via Wire Transfer. WIRE TRANSFER FEE IS NOT INCLUDED in PURCHASE PRICE.

                                                    Wire Transfer Fee Can Be Discussed Prior To Purchase So Feel Free To Ask.

Payment plan & hold are as follows, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the purchase price with payments to be paid in full within MAX OF 8 WEEKS ; UNLESS otherwise pre ARRANGED, WE WILL HOLD an animal as long as customer is able to place a deposit... Animals will not be shipped until PAID IN FULL. We reserve the right to refuse and/or decline any deposit(s) and/or purchase(s) for any reason.

There are NO Refunds.
Credit towards a future purchase will be given.
OR previously purchased animal will be held until arrangements are made to RECEIVE / PICKUP.

You can also pre-pay before any show that we are vendors at and we will deliver there!!!!!!!

Please NOTE, it is the buyers responsibility to know your local laws and regulations for the keeping of reptiles where you live. It is impossible for us to know every law in every state, county and township etc. etc. . We will not knowingly sell or ship to a place that does not allow said reptiles you order from us.
