The planning committee is doing all that it can to keep costs for the event at a minimum. As we know 'things' cost money & that is why there is a recommended donation amount.
Do I need to RSVP?
Whether you plan to attend OR have prior committments and are unable to attend. The planning committee would like you to RSVP so we can plan according for food, drinks, etc.
Do you need a ticket to attend?
A ticket is NOT REQUIRED to attend, but there is a suggested donation amount per adult to help cover the costs of the event.
Can I bring my child(ren)?
Yes, children are welcome at this event. The planning committee felt strongly that they didn't want childcare to be a reason a classmate was unable to attend our 20 Year Reunion, therefore we have decided to make the event kid-friendly.
Is there extra cost if I bring my child(ren)?
The planning committee felt strongly that they didn't want childcare to be a reason a classmate was unable to attend our 20 Year Reunion, therefore we have decided to not suggest a donation amount for kids to attend. Kids in essence are 'free' or donate what feels right to you.
Will there be alcohol/Can I bring alcohol?
Sorry this event is at a 100% dry venue. No alcohol can be provided, brought or consumed on the premises or we will pay a hefty fine.
What does my donation cover?
The donation will help cover costs for the event. This includes (but isn't limited to) the cost for the venue, food, water, non-alcoholic beverages, paper products, etc.
Any money left after cover the costs of the event will be donated to the Erskine Academy Legacy Fund on behalf of the Class of 2006.
How can I make my donation?
When you fill out the online RSVP form there is Venmo information to pay ahead of the event. Cash will also be accepted
