Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the E-Seal application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data.

The E-Seal application is developed and operated by PT EDI Indonesia.

How to Request Account Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their E-Seal account by contacting us through one of the following channels:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Registered username
  
  

• Registered email or user ID (if applicable)
  
  

• A clear statement requesting account deletion
  
  

Data That Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• User account information (username and authentication data)
  
  

• Associated profile data
  
  

• Application usage and operational data linked to the account
  
  

Data Retention

Certain data may be retained temporarily if required to:

• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  
  

• Resolve disputes
  
  

• Enforce agreements
  
  

Any retained data will be securely stored and automatically deleted within a maximum of 90 days after the account deletion request is completed.

Confirmation of Deletion

After the deletion process is completed, users will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
