Minerals
Lesson Plan is located at the bottom
-We will go through and talk about the different minerals and where they can be found, then we will walk around the school and discover where these different minerals can come appear around us.
-Once we have completed the walking around and talking about the different minerals what they look like we will complete a worksheet on what minerals go in each category.
-We will also watch a short youtube video on different properties of minerals.
We will use this chart to go through the different rocks and where we can find them/what their used for.

Igneous- Granite, Pumice, Obsidian
Sedimentary- Shale, Limestone, Sandstone, and Conglomerate.
Metamorphic- Quartize Slate, Marble, and Gnesis.
