Lesson Plan:
-First, the types of igneous rocks will be explained and showed through a chart and I will also explain where each of these rocks can be found.
-We will use an edible Igneous rock lab as a fun opportunity to learn about the different looks of igneous rocks, this lab will be our main focus of the day.
-We will also watch a episode of the magic school bus going into further detail about rocks and minerals.
