01
E-Office is an internal office-management application. It is issued to and intended for use by authorized personnel of the organization operating it, signing in with an account created by their organization's IT administrator. It is not a public consumer app and is not available for open self-registration.
This policy explains what information the E-Office mobile app collects, how it is used, and who can see it. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the app.
02
The app collects only what is needed to authenticate you and to operate the workflow modules you use. Nothing described below is collected for advertising, and the app contains no ad or analytics-tracking SDKs.
Category
What it includes
Account credentials
Your organization-issued username and password, sent directly to your organization's own E-Office server to sign you in.
Work content
Correspondence (Dak), approvals, tasks, files, budget/finance records, POL entitlements, and attendance data you view or create — stored on your organization's server, not on any Anthropic or third-party infrastructure.
Device & session data
Basic technical data (device type, app version) needed to keep a session running reliably.
03
Face ID is used only to unlock the app on your own device. Your face data never leaves your device and is never seen by E-Office or your organization.
When you enable Face ID sign-in, your device's operating system handles the biometric match entirely on-device using Apple's Secure Enclave. The app only receives a yes/no confirmation that the match succeeded — it cannot access, store, or transmit any biometric data itself.
04
To authenticate you and keep you signed in securely.
To display, create, and update the correspondence, tasks, approvals, and records you are authorized to access.
To route notifications about items awaiting your action (approvals, tasks assigned to you).
To maintain the reliability and security of the app itself.
05
All traffic between the app and the server travels over encrypted HTTPS. Session credentials are stored on-device using the operating system's secure, encrypted storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) — never in plain text. Work content itself resides on your organization's own E-Office server infrastructure, governed by your organization's internal data-handling policies.
06
E-Office does not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Information is visible only to your organization and to colleagues you interact with through the app's normal workflow features (for example, a manager reviewing an approval you submitted), as determined by your organization's own access and permission rules.
07
Work records are retained according to your organization's internal record-keeping requirements. On-device data is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app. To request deletion of your account or associated records, contact your organization's IT administrator or use the details in Contact below.
08
You can disable Face ID sign-in at any time from your device settings or in-app, and use your password instead.
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your account data by contacting the address below.
Signing out clears your locally cached session; your organization's IT administrator can deactivate your account entirely.
09
E-Office is a workplace tool for authorized organizational personnel and is not directed at, nor knowingly used by, children under 13.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Material changes will be communicated to users through the app or their organization.
