“Elevate Your Impact: Mastering Relationship Building, Counselling & Conflict Resolution - A Comprehensive Skills-Based Course”
This highly experiential six-day course combines the sciences of Communication and Conflict Resolution within a Counselling framework. The course equips participants with essential through advanced skills in Communication, Counselling, and Conflict resolution. Through scientific theory, hands-on exercises, group work, and reflective practice, participants develop personal and professional competencies crucial for meaningful interpersonal relationships and effective conflict management. The course integrates evidence-based models, including the original Interviewing Microskills Framework©, developed by the Trainer, and offers culturally enriching experiences in Cyprus.
