Our group explores van der Waals layered materials for next-generation electronic devices, with a particular focus on microfabricated low-power electronics. We are also interested in optoelectronic devices for efficient energy harvesting and photodetection, enhanced by plasmonic effects. To advance these technologies, we integrate specialized characterization tools to probe the unique properties of low-dimensional materials at the device level.
