You can delete your account directly through the e-Dog app:
Open the app and go to Settings
Select "Account"
Tap "Delete Account"
Follow the prompts to confirm deletion

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:
Your account and profile information
All e-Dog device configurations and settings
Notification history
Subscription information (active subscriptions will be cancelled)
All associated user data
Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period.
After account deletion, we may retain certain information for:
Legal compliance (tax records, transaction history) - up to 7 years
Fraud prevention and security purposes - up to 2 years
Backup systems - automatically purged within 30 days
