Talks
All speakers are kindly asked to upload their presentations to the computer provided in the lecture room prior to their talks. We also ask speakers to test any embedded multimedia content in advance to ensure that both video and audio playback work properly.
The presentations should last 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
Posters
There will be no formal poster session during the meeting. Posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the meeting, allowing participants to view and discuss them during coffee breaks. Participants are kindly asked to prepare their posters in A1 format (portrait orientation), as only a limited number of A0-sized display boards are available. A0 posters can be accommodated upon request.

17:00 - 18:00 "Making Times Visible" & exhibition "Circumnavigation in Time" opening
The Sun as a protagonist, time as its canvas. This engaging documentary follows the global project Circumnavigation in Time, in which dozens of participants, guided by two astronomers from the Astronomical Institute of the Czech Academy of Sciences (Maciej Zapiór and Artem Koval), collaborate on a unique image created by the Sun itself. Using specially designed camera obscura devices, participants across 24 locations worldwide capture solarigraphic photographs that together form a hidden message. The film offers an accessible insight into this fascinating technique, while focusing on the science-art connections, shared excitement, and suspense behind the process. What will emerge when all the pieces finally come together?
