End User License Agreement (EULA) for Dynamic Workflow App

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Workflow ("Licensor") for the use of the Dynamic Workflow app ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

The Software and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This Agreement does not convey ownership of the Software to User.

3. Restrictions

User may not:

• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.

• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Distribute, sublicense, assign, share, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.

4. Support and Updates

Licensor may provide support and updates for the Software at its discretion. User agrees to promptly install and use the latest version of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by User or Licensor. User may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if User breaches any terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the UK law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
